Stephanie Jackson and Chelsea Rice
In 1988 Keanu Reeves, Alex Winter and
George Carlin made Bill
and Ted's Excellent
Adventure. In the film,
two high school students--Bill and Ted--stumble onto a magic
phone booth. In it they travel back into history, meeting
Socrates, Genghis Khan, Abraham Lincoln and a host of other
well known historical figures. In 2004-2005 two AP World
History students (Stephanie as Jill and Chelsea as Tina)
created a sequel. After learning that they need a
spectacular final project in order to pass their history
course (information relayed to them by Dr. Burnane, played
by Neil Isakson), they travel back in time to meet Henry
Ford (Justin Kerley), Gandhi (Eric Holzhauer) and Mao
Tse-Tung (YiFeng Huang). Elizabeth Wolf is Mao's
translator--sort of. Take a look--each film clip takes about
2 minutes to load.
